How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
As soon as the order has been processed. You will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number.

What will it cost to ship an item?
All orders are currently being shipped threw UPS ground item shipping rates are calculated based on weight

Are your products new or reconditioned?
95% of our products are new. If something is reconditioned, there will be an (R) to the right of the model number. Our ninety day warranty will apply for Reconditioned products.

How can we pay for our order?
We accept PayPal only because it is safer for consumers to use. So personal information will not be given out to anyone. Sorry, no personal checks, or business checks are accepted.

How quickly do you respond to email?
We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered.
